About the role
We are a well‑established law firm in Southwest Florida seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience. The position offers hands‑on mentorship, sophisticated litigation work, and a clear partnership track within a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Conduct legal research and perform case analysis.
- Assist with hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.
- Manage litigation files, deadlines, and case calendars.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of litigation experience.
- Active Florida Bar license.
- Strong writing, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Team‑oriented with excellent client communication skills.
