About the role

Zurich is seeking an experienced Litigation Claims Specialist to join its Commercial General Liability team. The position offers a hybrid work model with flexibility to work remotely and occasional in‑office collaboration.

Key responsibilities

Manage multi‑party commercial lines claims with moderate to high exposure and complexity within assigned authority levels.
Follow best practices and protocols to ensure efficient, high‑quality, customer‑focused claim handling.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of claims or insurance experience, or a high school diploma with 5 years of experience.
Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s) and possess knowledge of insurance regulations, markets and products.

Required skills

Microsoft Office proficiency.
