About the role
Join the culinary team at a legendary music and entertainment venue in Nashville. As a Line Cook you will prepare and cook a wide variety of menu items in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen, ensuring every dish meets quality standards and contributes to an unforgettable guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Execute cooking techniques such as sauté, grill, fry, bake, and roast.
- Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, fryers and other kitchen equipment safely.
- Perform basic to advanced knife work – slicing, chopping, mincing, julienning, dicing.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion‑control guidelines to minimize waste.
- Read and fulfill food orders from printed tickets or a kitchen display system promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of walk‑in coolers, production areas, equipment and overall kitchen.
- Store food and chemicals correctly, label and date items, and monitor temperatures.
- Complete end‑of‑shift duties: break down workstations, turn off equipment, secure the kitchen, and coordinate with dishwashers.
- Adhere to corporate policies, safety procedures and brand SOPs; report any accidents or unsafe conditions.
Required profile
- Technical cooking expertise with a passion for teamwork.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, live‑performance environment.
- Strong attention to food safety, sanitation and quality standards.
- Reliability in following recipes, portion controls and operational procedures.
Required skills

- Advanced knife skills – slice, chop, mince, julienne, dice.
