Key responsibilities

• Execute dishes with precision, following classical French techniques, recipes, and chef direction.
• Prepare and cook proteins, vegetables, sauces, and garnishes while maintaining balance, texture, and flavor.
• Maintain strict cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Control portions, minimize waste, and uphold high ingredient quality.
• Monitor product freshness and adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols.
