Line Cook – $18-$21 per hour

About the role

Hai Hospitality and LORO are looking for enthusiastic Line Cooks to join their fast‑paced kitchen team. You will help create memorable dining experiences by preparing and plating dishes in an Asian Smokehouse & Bar environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory stocking, lifting trays and equipment up to 50 lb, and restocking supplies.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and knives safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with teammates in a crowded kitchen, adjusting to high‑pressure situations.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Comfort working in hot and cold kitchen environments.
• Strong communication skills with guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and report hazards.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
