About the role

B&T Building Services is seeking reliable cleaners to join our full‑time team in Orlando, FL. The position involves evening shifts (starting at 6 PM or 9 PM) and offers consistent weekly pay with opportunities for growth in the commercial cleaning field.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the building.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, restocking supplies as needed.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste according to safety guidelines.
• Dust and wipe surfaces such as desks, tables, and windowsills.
• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and break rooms.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good time‑management skills and physical stamina for repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to follow instructions and collaborate with the team.
