About the role

This entry‑level trainee position offers the chance to travel and learn about Barnhart’s lifting and transportation operations. The role includes a two‑year commitment for training and advancement, with exposure to major construction projects such as wind, nuclear, fossil‑fuel, power plants and refineries.

Key responsibilities

Travel to various project sites and gain hands‑on experience with unique equipment.
Participate in a structured two‑year training program aimed at career advancement within Barnhart.
Assist on important construction projects across multiple energy sectors.

Required profile

High school graduate or equivalent.
Good interpersonal skills.
Pass a drug test, be fit for duty, and clear a background check.
