Life Sciences Events Management Software Implementation Consultant

About the role

As a Consultant, you will drive implementation excellence for Veeva’s Vault CRM Events Management application, delivering compliant, end‑to‑end event management solutions for life‑sciences customers. You will leverage the Vault platform, automation tools and prescriptive packages to ensure fast, precise, and efficient deployments. The role emphasizes customer success, speed, and adherence to Veeva’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with a “Keep It Simple” mindset, guiding customers toward standard capabilities.
• Execute software implementations using best‑practice packages and automation tools for fast, high‑quality deployments.
• Develop deep proficiency in the Vault Platform and configure solutions, manage data migration, and perform validation.
• Guide customers in unifying the full event lifecycle, from planning and speaker management to budget tracking and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Strategy, Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Account Partners to ensure smooth handoffs and feedback loops.
• Take individual accountability for project deliverables, proactively manage execution risks, and meet milestones.
• Deliver services that foster post‑implementation adoption, user sophistication, and long‑term customer relationships.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS/cloud implementations of event management solutions.
• Understanding of life‑sciences commercial event operations and strong technical affinity for cloud platforms, workflow engines, and data integration patterns.
• Proven ability to lead discovery workshops, communicate complex architecture simply, and constructively challenge customers.
• Self‑starter with operational discipline, high attention to detail, and a focus on incremental progress delivered with speed and quality.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–30% for key project milestones and customer discovery.
