About the role

EVERSANA is seeking a Consultant to join its Management Consulting practice focused on life sciences. The role supports biopharma, med‑tech and digital therapeutic clients with strategic planning, market assessment and commercialization execution.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior consultants to develop brand strategy, launch plans and market access recommendations.
• Conduct market analytics, competitive assessments and data‑driven insights for client projects.
• Support end‑to‑end commercialization activities, from product innovation to pricing strategy.
• Engage with clients across the biotech and pharmaceutical spectrum to address business challenges.
• Contribute to thought‑leadership and knowledge‑sharing within the consulting team.

Required profile

• Strong interest in life‑science industries and commercial strategy.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Academic background in science, business, or related fields.
