Clinical Application Specialist – Image Guided Therapy (Remote, IL/IN)

About the role

Lead the delivery of Image Guided Therapy (IGT) clinical education to Philips customers across Illinois and Indiana. Provide basic to intermediate application training in hospitals and clinics, ensuring customers can effectively use Philips IGT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging onsite clinical services, education, and training.
• Guide customers through testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality.
• Collaborate with local sales, service, and project management teams to ensure site readiness.
• Own the learning experience through customer consultation and internal stakeholder collaboration.
• Maintain continuous communication on project status, issues, and delays.
• Develop deep knowledge of relevant solutions and advanced proficiency in areas of specialization.
• Address and resolve a diverse scope of problems using sound judgement.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology Registered Radiologic Technologist.
• Prior experience as a clinical preceptor, trainer, or adult‑education facilitator.
• Current ARRT certification and advanced certification (CV, CI, VI, or RCIS) within 12 months of hire.
• Certificate or associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred); Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, safely handle radiation sources, and wear required PPE.
