Life-Cycle Acquisition / Logistician (JIATF)

About the role

CACI is hiring a Life-Cycle Acquisition / Logistician (JIATF) in Alexandria, Virginia, working full time with up to 10% travel across the continental United States. The role supports a Joint Interagency Task Force reporting to the Deputy Secretary of Defense, which aims to align authorities and resources to deliver joint C-UAS capabilities to warfighters, defeat adversary threats and protect national airspace. The minimum clearance required to start is Secret.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior-level logistics expertise and integrate and plan for the 12 Integrated Product Support Elements (IPSE) across all phases of sustainment and acquisition.
• Interface with ASAALT, AMC, LCMC, ATEC, AEC, CASCOM, MCOE and PAE, and other services on logistics requirements.
• Establish and help plan, develop, coordinate, defend and execute the JIATF's life-cycle logistics support under DoD acquisition and sustainment processes.
• Produce acquisition logistics documentation and manage functional areas, including preparing capital asset and operating requests.
• Assist in logistics automation using enterprise planning tools such as GCSS-Army, DPAS and LMP.
• Lead stakeholders in strategic planning and analysis for life-cycle management functions.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen with active Secret clearance.
• High school diploma or GED with more than 14 years of relevant experience, or an associate's degree with more than 12 years, or a bachelor's degree with more than 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Life-Cycle Logistics regulations and policies, including DoD 5000 series, AR 70-1, AR 700-127 and AR 700-142.
• Competency in communication, leadership, logistics automated systems, team management and risk management.
• Desired: bachelor's degree and more than 10 years of relevant experience.
