Licensing Coordinator – Toys

About the role

The Licensing Coordinator will support Paramount's iconic entertainment portfolio, focusing on the toys category. You will work closely with internal teams and external licensees to ensure product development, contracts, and marketing initiatives run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the category manager with day‑to‑day tactical business needs to meet brand plans and financial goals.
• Coordinate product development reviews, monitor progress, flag risks and drive timely resolutions.
• Liaise with licensees to provide feedback, support contract negotiations and ensure timely delivery of agreements.
• Collect and analyze budget, sales, and forecast data to support quarterly revenue projections.
• Support marketing meetings, gather asset requirements and route approvals through internal systems.
• Conduct market tours and competitive assessments, compiling findings into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare presentation materials, franchise overviews, POS reports, retail placement data and white‑space analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of professional experience (internship experience acceptable).
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ambitious, forward‑thinking and able to work across multiple internal functions.
