About the role

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility at Mountains Community Hospital, under RN supervision.

Key responsibilities

Act as Charge Nurse overseeing care for 20 long‑term care residents.
Direct and supervise Certified Nurse Assistants.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing school; new graduates welcome.
Current California LVN license and CPR certification.

Required skills

CPR
ACLS (offered upon hire)
IV certification (to be obtained within 6 months)
