About the role

Karen Schiltz Farmers Insurance Agency in Azle, TX is hiring a Licensed Sales Producer. The role offers a base salary plus commissions, with training and leads provided, and aims to turn a sales professional into someone who can eventually open their own Farmers Insurance Agency with District 3504. You will work side by side with an experienced, approved Farmers agent mentor, learning the business from the ground up.

Required profile

Active Property & Casualty General Lines license in Texas
Personal lines experience; commercial experience preferred
Life & Health licenses with life insurance sales experience preferred
Insurance sales experience preferred; successful salespeople track their numbers and are ready to share what they track
Genuine empathy for customers and teammates, grit in overcoming obstacles, and drive to help others succeed
