Licensed Psychologist – Fee-for-Service Contractor

About the role

Freedom Health Systems is seeking a licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or a psychology associate with an approved clinical supervisor to deliver fee‑for‑service psychological testing, evaluation, and related outpatient behavioral health services for its Community Wellness Outpatient Mental Health Center in Baltimore.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical interviews, select appropriate assessment batteries, and administer psychological, cognitive, developmental, and personality tests.
• Score, interpret, and document test results, preparing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Provide feedback sessions to clients, families, or referral sources and make recommendations for therapy, medication, or additional services.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all testing, scoring, report writing, and feedback activities.

Required profile

• PhD or PsyD in Psychology, or a Psychology Associate with an approved clinical supervisor.
• Current state license to practice psychology in Maryland.
