About the role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on the Resource Team provides safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care while following the nursing process and Baptist Health training.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, demonstrating clinical competence.
- Apply critical thinking to assess and respond to patient needs in various specialty units.
Required profile
- Current LPN license in good standing in the state of Arkansas.
- Healthcare CPR certification; additional ACLS, PALS, or NALS training may be required and will be provided.
Required skills
- Proficiency in the nursing process and patient documentation.
- Ability to perform clinical tasks with critical thinking and attention to safety.
