About the role
Join BAYADA's accredited Nurse Residency Program to gain hands‑on experience in home health care while receiving paid, in‑depth training from day one. You will provide one‑on‑one patient care across all ages and acuity levels.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalized nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Utilize electronic charting through the Cub Hub system.
- Collaborate with clinical managers and support staff around the clock.
Required profile
- Active New Jersey LPN license.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program within the past 12 months.
- Full‑time availability (36+ hours weekly, including evenings and weekends).
- Willingness to commute throughout Bergen and Hudson County.
Required skills
- Electronic charting using Cub Hub.
