Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) passionate about private‑duty skilled nursing to join its Bergen County team. You will provide one‑on‑one care to clients in their homes, enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive work culture.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state.

Required skills

• Electronic charting using Statewise.
• Experience with simulation‑lab training for adult and pediatric care.
