Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide home care for pediatric and adult clients in Central Florida. The role offers flexible scheduling, one‑on‑one patient interaction, and the opportunity to work with advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized home health care, including tracheostomy and ventilator support when needed.
• Utilize electronic charting (Statewise) and maintain accurate patient records.
• Participate in paid training, shadowing, and simulation labs to enhance clinical skills.
• Coordinate with families, providing education and support for home care procedures.

Required profile

• Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.

Required skills

• Tracheostomy care and ventilator management (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency with electronic charting systems (Statewise).
• Basic life support (CPR) competency.
