Licensed Practical Nurse – Full‑Time

About the role

Join our Grandview Clinic as a Licensed Practical Nurse, providing direct patient care under physician supervision. You will ensure efficient patient flow, perform vital assessments, and support clinical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following nursing standards.
• Assist physicians with equipment preparation, examinations, and testing.
• Record and report patient conditions, vital signs, and reactions to treatments.
• Schedule patient tests, procedures, and hospital admissions, and follow up on results.
• Handle phone triage, patient education on medications, and coordinate new patient referrals.
• Maintain exam and chemo room disinfection protocols and restock treatment areas.
• Process lab specimens, file lab reports, and manage patient records and consent forms.

Required profile

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• 0‑3 years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Current CPR certification.

• Clinical coding.
