About the role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on the 3rd Floor Rehab unit provides safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care, utilizing the nursing process and training supplied by Baptist Health. The LPN works under the direction of a Registered Nurse, demonstrating clinical competence and critical thinking.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver patient care following the nursing process and Baptist Health protocols.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses to ensure high‑quality, safe therapeutic interventions.
Required profile
- Active LPN license in good standing in the state of Arkansas.
- Healthcare CPR certification (required); ACLS, PALS, and/or NALS may be required for specific areas (training provided).
- Willingness to complete specialty education specific to the rehab unit.
