About the role

Kemper is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join its field sales team in Palestine, Texas. This full‑time, on‑site position offers a sign‑on bonus, uncapped commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will work directly with modest‑income families, collecting premiums, selling new policies, and providing ongoing service.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing and prospective customers at their homes to collect premiums and sell new insurance products.
• Maintain and grow an assigned book of business, generating new sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly premium issuance targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing policy questions and service needs.

Required profile

• Fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life products in the resident state.
• Ability to manage a personal schedule of customer visits and premium collections.
• Commitment to serving modest‑income families and meeting production goals.
