LEX Warehouse Product Owner

About the role

The LEX Warehouse Product Owner will lead the global LEX warehousing applications portfolio, ensuring product quality, stability, and alignment with business needs. This remote position at 3M offers the chance to work with innovative teams worldwide and shape the future of supply‑chain technology.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain global accountability for LEX warehousing applications and their performance.
• Oversee team deliverables, guaranteeing quality, completeness, and traceability.
• Define and implement new processes to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Govern Managed Services teams across all regions to support extensive production usage.
• Deliver product vision, manage the roadmap, and drive demand‑intake processes.
• Research user needs, industry trends, and strategic priorities to refine the product vision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed prior to start.
• At least three years of supply‑chain functional or technical experience in a private, public, government or military setting.
• Three years of functional and/or technical experience with SAP.
• Proven ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and manage high‑priority tasks.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project‑management skills.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
