Legal Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a senior legal professional to design and implement enterprise‑grade evaluation workflows for large language models (LLMs) used in complex corporate legal environments. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating realistic legal scenarios, reference materials, and rigorous rubrics that meet Fortune 500 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Construct enterprise‑level legal scenarios covering regulatory, transactional, litigation, and in‑house counsel workflows.
• Draft and review reference materials aligned with compliance frameworks such as FCPA, SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Build evaluation tasks for contracting, licensing, data‑processing agreements, and M&A diligence.
• Develop ERM and COSO‑aligned risk scenarios, investigations, and board‑level reporting exercises.
• Author detailed rubrics that assess sophisticated legal reasoning and judgment.
• Review model outputs for accuracy, compliance alignment, and quality of legal reasoning.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in enterprise legal practice at large public companies or top‑tier law firms.
• Deep expertise in at least one area such as M&A, securities, regulatory, employment, IP, privacy, or commercial contracting.
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
• Experience with enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tooling.
