About the role

Join PwC's Advisory practice as a Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Consulting Intern for the Summer of 2027. You will work within the Office of General Counsel, supporting teams that help clients navigate complex regulatory environments, manage risk, and improve compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in investigations and forensic analyses related to fraud and regulatory violations.
• Support the development and implementation of compliance and governance solutions for clients.
• Help prepare and review legal documents to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Conduct research on commercial laws and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain corporate records and legal databases.
• Collaborate on contract negotiation and dispute‑resolution strategies.
• Observe and learn PwC methodologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree.
• Typically in the 3rd year of a 4‑year program or 4th year of a 5‑year program.
• Available to start the internship in the summer prior to graduation.
• Preferred fields of study include Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related areas.
