Legal Project Manager

About the role

This position supports a fast‑growing national healthcare organization by coordinating legal and compliance initiatives. The Legal Project Manager works at the intersection of legal operations, healthcare regulation, and project management, ensuring that regulatory requirements are met while driving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage legal project workflows, track deliverables, and maintain organized documentation.
• Conduct research on healthcare compliance, payer requirements, licensing, and state/federal regulations.
• Prepare legal memoranda, policy documents, and contract templates.
• Coordinate cross‑functional communication with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop presentations, training materials, and internal communications to raise compliance awareness.
• Provide administrative support, including file organization, reporting, and use of legal/project‑management tools.
• Assist leadership in monitoring deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and aligning legal objectives with operational execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of combined experience in healthcare paralegal work, legal operations, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks, physician licensing, and compliance processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently with strong organizational and deadline‑management skills.
