Legal Counsel

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to join the legal team supporting the Home Comfort division in North America. The role will focus on litigation and disputes while also providing broad legal advice across commercial and corporate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of litigation and claims, including commercial disputes and product liability matters.
• Develop and implement litigation strategy, manage outside counsel, and oversee case management.
• Monitor and control legal budgets and track litigation expenses.
• Provide legal advice on contracts, marketing, regulatory compliance, and other corporate issues.
• Assist in creating and updating corporate policies and procedures.
• Deliver legal training to business stakeholders.
• Handle additional legal matters as assigned.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in Texas.
• At least 5 years of litigation experience, preferably with time at a reputable law firm.
• In‑house experience in manufacturing, automotive, technology, or related industries is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating closely with business partners and outside counsel.
• Strong judgment, practical problem‑solving skills, and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
