Legal Consultant (US Business Law – Delaware & Florida)

About the role

We are seeking a legal consultant to provide expert advice on contractual and other legal matters for our IT clients operating in the United States, specifically in Delaware and Florida. The position is on an hourly basis with no minimum hour commitment, allowing for flexible verbal and written consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Offer legal guidance on business operations, contracts, and compliance for IT clients registered in Delaware and Florida.
• Conduct both verbal and written consultations to address client inquiries promptly.
• Review and draft contractual documents to ensure alignment with US corporate and IT law.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments in the targeted states and advise the team accordingly.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with practical experience in contract work within the IT sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in US corporate and business law, particularly in Delaware and Florida.
• Ability to provide clear, concise legal advice to technical teams.
• Readiness to engage on short notice for urgent legal matters.
