Legal Case Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Legal Case Manager to support our growing legal team. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced legal environment and enjoys both administrative and client‑facing responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Requesting, tracking, and organizing medical records and documentation
• Maintaining organized case files and tracking deadlines
• Ensuring all communications reflect professionalism and clarity
• Supporting attorneys with case preparation
• Assisting with pre‑litigation case development (Personal Injury)
• Drafting motions, pleadings, and legal documents (training provided)
• Communicating with clients and medical providers via phone and email

Required profile

• Legal background or prior law firm experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism and accountability
• Clear speaking voice with strong articulation
• Ability to handle sensitive client interactions with emotional intelligence
• Strong grammar and attention to detail
• Tech‑savvy and adaptable to systems/processes
• Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
• Quiet, distraction‑free remote work environment
