Legal Case Manager

About the role

Rose Harper Law, LLC is expanding its personal injury team and seeks a full‑time Remote Legal Case Manager. The position supports Spanish‑speaking clients throughout New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, handling cases from intake to settlement under attorney supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire case lifecycle, including client intake, documentation, and closing.
• Draft settlement demands, litigation documents, and medical lien negotiations.
• Communicate daily with clients, claims adjusters, and attorneys to ensure timely updates.
• Maintain accurate case files and track deadlines.
• Provide exemplary customer service aligned with the firm’s core values.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• College degree preferred; background in law or business is a plus.
• Experience in a U.S. personal injury law firm is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as an independent contractor.
