About the role
The Program Director for Radiologic Technology provides academic, clinical, and administrative leadership to ensure the program’s quality, effectiveness, and compliance with accreditation standards. This faculty position combines curriculum oversight, student mentorship, and partnership management within the College of Nursing, Health, and Human Services.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day program operations and ensure effective delivery of didactic and clinical education.
- Lead accreditation and assessment processes, maintaining compliance with JRCERT and other regulatory bodies.
- Participate in budget planning and allocate resources to support program goals.
- Teach and supervise courses, labs, and clinical experiences as needed.
- Manage faculty, coordinate clinical site agreements, and serve as liaison with healthcare partners.
- Monitor program outcomes, including licensure pass rates and job placement, using data‑driven decision making.
Required profile
- Lecturer: Master’s degree in Radiologic Technology, at least one year of clinical experience, one year of instructional experience in a JRCERT‑accredited program, and current ARRT certification.
- Assistant Professor: Doctoral degree in Radiologic Technology, three years of clinical experience, two years of instructional experience in a JRCERT‑accredited program, and current ARRT certification.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
