Leasing Specialist

About the role

Collective is a growing property management company seeking a people‑first sales professional to convert prospects into residents. You will deliver personalized tours, maintain high occupancy, and provide exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly rental and renewal goals, maintaining 95% occupancy.
• Execute marketing and sales efforts, including personalized tours that result in new leases.
• Respond to inbound leasing inquiries, schedule tours promptly, and follow up via calls, texts, and emails.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and property owners.
• Conduct daily property walks to ensure tour readiness and curb appeal.
• Manage the leasing pipeline from initial inquiry through signed lease and maintain accurate data in the property management system.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in property management, leasing, or sales.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed leasing goals.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with industry software (Appfolio preferred).
