Leasing Professional – West Side Square

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead all leasing activities for the West Side Square community, ensuring high occupancy, revenue targets, and resident satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to marketing, prospect engagement, and lease administration, with weekend availability.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show units to Greystar’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi property management software.
