About the role

The Leasing Professional for the Wadsworth Junction community in Broomfield, CO will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle. Working on‑site, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents and current tenants, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience and supporting lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move‑in logistics, inspect units for readiness, and address any pre‑move‑in issues.
• Maintain resident relationships throughout the lease term, handling inquiries and facilitating renewals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement community marketing and renewal strategies aimed at meeting occupancy and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
