Leasing Professional – Volta on Pine

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for the Volta on Pine community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting and tours to lease signing and move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate records of availability, traffic, and leasing activity using on‑site property management software.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience, including lease‑up or takeover experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build resident relationships.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a Thursday‑Monday schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi).
• Familiarity with online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
