Leasing Professional – Viviano at Red Cliffs

About the role

The Leasing Professional for the Viviano community at Red Cliffs will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through proactive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience from first inquiry to move‑in and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any necessary maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
• Experience using Yardi for leasing and resident data management.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
