Leasing Professional – Vibe Med Center

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for the Vibe Med Center community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting and tours to lease signing and move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to qualify prospects and conduct effective tours.
• Attention to detail for application processing and lease preparation.
• Proactive approach to market analysis and marketing plan execution.
