Leasing Professional – Vander

About the role

The Leasing Professional – Vander will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for a Greystar community in Asheville. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities while delivering exceptional service to prospective and current residents.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, and showing apartments.
• Process applications, conduct credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before resident move‑in to ensure they are ready and schedule any necessary maintenance.
• Manage lease renewals and resident retention initiatives to maintain high occupancy levels.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to implement community marketing and renewal strategies.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage prospective residents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple leasing transactions simultaneously.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
