About the role
Greystar is a leading global real‑estate platform managing over $300 billion of assets. As a Leasing Professional at its Town Center Crossing community in Kingwood, Texas, you will combine marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing process.
- Inspect apartments prior to move‑in to confirm they are ready for new residents.
- Facilitate resident move‑ins and address any issues that arise during the transition.
- Manage lease renewals and implement strategies to retain existing residents.
- Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
