Leasing Professional - The Village at Lake Lily

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join the team at The Village at Lake Lily. In this role you will drive occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance to guarantee ready‑to‑occupy units.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends.
