About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Source on South Temple. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and retention efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move‑in logistics, inspect units before occupancy, and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
• Manage lease renewals, address resident concerns, and promote resident retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
