About the role

The Olivian community is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join its team. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, helping to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct tours, process applications, and execute lease agreements for new residents.
• Provide ongoing resident support throughout the lease term to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage lease renewal processes and negotiate terms with existing residents.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address resident concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on resident retention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
