About the role
The Leasing Professional at The Meadows at Burnside Farms is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. The role involves full‑cycle leasing activities and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents.
- Conduct community tours and show apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages.
- Ensure a smooth move‑in experience and ongoing resident satisfaction.
- Secure lease renewals from existing residents.
- Achieve community revenue and occupancy targets.
- Work a Monday‑Friday schedule (9 am‑6 pm) with rotating weekends.
Required profile
- Ability to perform all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
