Leasing Professional – The Highlands at Grand Terrace

About the role

Greystar is seeking an entry‑level Leasing Professional to join the team at The Highlands community in Grand Terrace, California. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct all sales and leasing activities to meet community occupancy and revenue targets.
• Show units to prospective residents, process applications, and prepare lease agreements.
• Maintain resident relationships throughout the lease term and encourage lease renewals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available inventory.
• Provide weekend coverage as needed, following a Thursday‑Monday schedule (9 am‑6 pm).

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate; no prior industry experience required.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to work independently.
• Bilingual ability is preferred.
• Interest in leasing, sales, and property management.

Required skills

• Experience with Yardi property management software (preferred).
