Leasing Professional – The Henri at Pike and Rose

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for The Henri at Pike and Rose, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through comprehensive leasing activities and resident satisfaction initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move‑in packages, ensure smooth resident move‑in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Ability to perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Strong attention to detail for apartment inspections and move‑in readiness.
• Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Experience creating and implementing marketing plans and outreach programs.
• Proficiency with property management software to manage data and track performance.
