Leasing Professional – The Collection at Gretna Landing

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal efforts for The Collection at Gretna Landing, ensuring high occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, preparing lease and move‑in packages, and ensuring smooth move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments prior to resident move‑in, coordinate with the maintenance team to address any outstanding items.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising using platforms like Craigslist, Facebook and email.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, and manage resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Lease‑up experience in multifamily or apartment communities.
