Leasing Professional – The Arden Community

About the role

The Arden community is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while maintaining strong relationships with existing residents.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any necessary maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• Strong sales and leasing aptitude with a focus on achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
• Detail‑oriented approach to unit inspections and move‑in coordination.
• Ability to stay informed about local market trends and competitor activity.
• Experience designing and executing community marketing programs.
• Proficiency in using property management software to manage data and reporting.
