Leasing Professional – The Adeline

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join the team at The Adeline, a Greystar‑managed community in Glendale, California. In this full‑time position you will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction by guiding prospective renters through the leasing process and supporting current residents throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and showcase available apartments.
• Process leasing applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Negotiate lease terms, prepare lease agreements and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain resident records and respond to inquiries to foster high resident satisfaction.
• Assist with lease renewals and work toward resident retention goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in residential leasing or a related sales role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule with weekend availability.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
