About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join its Tampa community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show units and community spaces to Greystar’s quality standards.
