Leasing Professional – Student Living (Block 75)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, sales, and leasing activities for Block 75, a student‑living community. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention while ensuring the property meets Greystar’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and on‑site traffic to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Set rent pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives based on market and competitor analysis.
• Maintain an inventory of “ready” apartments, inspect units for marketability, and create merchandising displays.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to uphold appearance and safety standards.
• Generate and monitor leasing traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Produce sales and leasing reports using Greystar’s property management software.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management, preferably in student housing.
• Strong understanding of local market conditions and competitor activity.
• Ability to analyze financial and traffic reports to drive performance.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
